Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you and Pro Tennis Team when you use this site or buy our services.

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. Who we are

protennisteam.com ("the Site") is operated by Mass Density, Inc. ("Pro Tennis Team", "we", "us"), a company registered in Florida, United States. You can reach us at hello@protennisteam.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the Site, submitting a consulting request, subscribing to our emails, or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, and only a parent or guardian may purchase services or enter into any agreement with us.

3. What our services are

We provide consulting and advisory services for competitive tennis: team audits, development planning, tour readiness, sponsorship and representation preparation, academy and camp strategy, and tennis business guidance. Each engagement's exact scope, deliverables, duration, and fee are set out in a written proposal or order confirmation, which together with these Terms forms the agreement between us. Where a proposal conflicts with these Terms, the proposal governs for that engagement.

We are consultants. We are not your coach, agent, attorney, doctor, or financial adviser, and we do not represent you in negotiations unless a separate written agreement says so.

4. Booking, fees, and payment

  • Fees are quoted in US dollars and stated in the proposal before you commit.
  • Fixed-scope engagements are typically invoiced 50% on acceptance and 50% on delivery. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days unless the proposal states otherwise. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion charges on your side.
  • Travel, tournament attendance, or third-party costs are quoted separately and billed at cost unless agreed otherwise.

5. Rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds

  • Calls may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours, or for a no-show, the session is treated as delivered.
  • You may cancel a fixed-scope engagement before work begins for a full refund of amounts paid.
  • Once work has begun, we refund any portion of the fee covering work not yet performed, less reasonable costs already incurred.
  • Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice, effective at the end of the current paid month.
  • Because our deliverables are bespoke advice, we do not offer refunds on completed work on the basis that you disagree with the recommendations or that a sporting result did not follow. See our Disclaimer.

6. Your responsibilities

Our advice is only as good as the information behind it. You agree to give us accurate, complete, and timely information about the player's level, health, schedule, budget, and current team, and to tell us promptly if any of it changes. You are responsible for your own decisions, for verifying eligibility rules with the relevant governing body, and for obtaining independent medical, legal, and financial advice where appropriate.

7. Confidentiality

We treat the non-public information you share with us — budgets, health context, team conflicts, sponsor conversations — as confidential and use it only to deliver the engagement. We will not identify you publicly or in a case study without your written permission. You agree to keep our proposals, pricing, frameworks, and written deliverables confidential and not to share them outside your immediate team.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, design, graphics, logos, the Pro Tennis Team name, the planning frameworks, and the code behind our calculators and builders — is owned by Mass Density, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may read, print, and share our public articles for personal, non-commercial use with attribution and a link. You may not republish our content in whole or in substantial part, use it to train a machine-learning model, scrape the Site in bulk, resell our tools, or present our frameworks as your own.

Deliverables we produce for you in a paid engagement are licensed to you for your own use with that player or business. We keep ownership of the underlying methods, templates, and know-how, and remain free to use them with other clients.

9. Our tools and free downloads

The Team Builder, Tour Budget Calculator, Sponsor Pitch Builder, Training Schedule Planner, and Trivia Game are provided free, as-is, for personal planning use. They produce estimates based on your inputs and our assumptions. We make no warranty as to accuracy and accept no liability for decisions made on their output. See our Disclaimer.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: break any law; infringe anyone's rights; transmit malware; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the Site's operation; harvest personal data; send spam through our forms; or impersonate anyone. We may suspend access to anyone who does.

11. User submissions

If you send us a comment, testimonial, question, photo, or suggestion, you confirm it is yours to send and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the Site and our marketing. We may edit for length and clarity, and we may remove any submission at our discretion. Do not send us confidential information through public forms or comments.

12. Merchandise

Merchandise orders are subject to the terms shown at checkout, including the shipping and returns policy of our fulfilment partner. Product images are representative; colors may vary.

13. Third-party sites

The Site links to third parties, including our partner network and external tennis organizations. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

14. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, including any free tool, at any time without notice.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

Except where expressly stated, the Site, its content, and our free tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Site or any engagement is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the engagement giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose — or, where you have paid us nothing, to USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunity, lost funding, lost sponsorship, or injury. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of a third party's rights.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the Site or accept a proposal is the one that applies. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated to you directly.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to that venue. Before filing, both sides agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith by direct discussion for 30 days.

20. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. These Terms, together with any proposal, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between us.
